📦 Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, returns or exchanges may not be accepted.

✅ Eligible for Return

• Damaged or broken product
• Wrong item delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Unused product in original packaging

❌ Not Eligible for Return

• Used or worn products
• Items without original packaging
• Personal care / hygiene products
• Products damaged by customer misuse

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected:

• Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
• Amount will be credited to original payment method
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI

🔁 Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of refund, we will ship a new product free of cost after return pickup.

🚚 Return Shipping

For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping is FREE. For other cases, minimal return charges may apply.
